Maitreya Annual Fund:
We seek support for children: support for the purchase of the property on which the school is sited; support for the supply of Steiner-Waldorf educational materials which are not available in Nepal and support of the school by holding fund raising events and campaigns, and publishing positive articles about the school and education.
Teacher Training Fund:
Many Steiner-Waldorf kindergartens and schools are locally based, emerging from the inspiration of the work of Rudolf Steiner.
‘Waldorf Education in Nepal (W.E.N.)’ is founded to help the initiatives in Nepal through workshops, programs, lectures and curriculum training. The programmes are created collaboratively among parents and teachers working out of a donation model.
